Registers allow you to allocate content to users efficiently. To do this, follow these simple steps:
Open the register you wish to work with and navigate to the assignment box.
Once you've made your selection, click on "Save" to finalise the assignment.
A notification will be sent to your chosen colleague, informing them of the new assignment. Remember, you can assign a register to multiple users if needed.
To keep track of how many times a register has been assigned, check the count next to the assignment box.
If you need to create a new assignment, open the register and click on "Create New Assignment".
