1. What is FusionSearch?
FusionSearch is Enhesa's AI-driven search engine that supports natural language prompts and responses for your contracted coverage. This functionality is powered by a generative AI large language model (LLM), enabling more intuitive access to complex regulatory content.
Importantly, the model behind FusionSearch has not been trained on any user data and will not learn from user prompts or inputs. This ensures that customer queries remain private.
2. What are the benefits of FusionSearch?
- Increased Efficiency: FusionSearch offers quick and detailed comparisons and analysis within seconds.
- Faster and More Informed Decisions with Verifiable Cited Sources: FusionSearch can quickly process large volumes of data and identify patterns that manual methods may overlook. FusionSearch always lists the Enhesa records it pulls from to provide the response ensuring traceability and a direct path to the primary sources.
- Personalization: FusionSearch provides a more personalized experience in regulatory intelligence by addressing your specific inquiries and generating a custom response. Moreover with FusionSearch, you can construct and receive responses in your chosen language. You don’t need additional languages in your contract to use this feature, as the model auto-translates automatically. Note that the source links are currently available only in the contracted base language, which is English.
- Privacy & Security: We take your privacy seriously by using strong security measures to protect your data, both while it's being sent and when it's stored. We only use your questions and the answers to provide the service you need, and we do not intentionally keep them for any other purposes, including model training. For more information, please refer to our Data Protection Agreement (DPA).
3. How does FusionSearch work?
FusionSearch leverages advanced algorithms and AI models to process and analyze data, recognize patterns, and respond to queries in natural language. At its core, it uses a method called Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—a powerful approach that combines search and generative AI.
This means you get fast, accurate answers backed by trustworthy content, with no need to dig through complex text yourself.
4. What model do you use for FusionSearch?
We currently use OpenAI as our language model provider but regularly test new models for flexibility. This design allows us to evolve without compromising regulatory quality or traceability while delivering the best value to users. Our responses are generated by leading large language models, but their accuracy relies on our curated data, enrichment, and governance layers, which determine what information the model can access and when.
5. How is Enhesa staying committed to Sustainability with its use of AI?
Enhesa is dedicated to upholding its values through careful and thoughtful decision-making regarding the use of AI. This commitment is evident at every level of the organization, from our comprehensive sustainability strategy to architectural design, selection of hosting providers, and individual features, as well as our governance and measurement practices. Additionally, we place a deliberate emphasis on approaches that minimize wasteful computation and consider AI-related compute emissions as part of our carbon offset initiatives. 6. Can my organization adjust FusionSearch?
FusionSearch offers an advanced search capability designed to enhance your organization’s efficiency in analyzing Enhesa content. This feature is optional and comes at no additional cost. By default, it is enabled; however, if desired, it can be globally disabled by reaching out to your account manager. They will initiate a support ticket to facilitate the process.
7. How do I provide feedback on FusionSearch?
We welcome your feedback on this early version and any suggestions for future enhancements. You can share your thoughts directly within the feature or through via your account support team.
