Enhesa Product Intelligence users have the capability to customise their account settings on the platform. This functionality allows you to update your contact details to ensure your information remains current, change your password to maintain security and protect your account and modify your settings to manage how you receive notifications and communications from the platform.
Click on the 'Account' tab located in the top menu. This will open a dropdown where you can then select 'Account Settings'.
Once you click on the 'Account Settings' tab, a new page will open, displaying options for both your Profile Information and Communication Preferences.
- Profile Information: Here, you can update details such as your contact information, password, and address.
- Communication Preferences: This section allows you to adjust how frequently you receive notifications related to groups, lenses, and registers, as well as set your preferences for areas of interest.
Depending on the tab you select, you can make changes to ensure your account information and communication settings align with your preferences.
Once you have completed your updates, be sure to click the 'Save' button to ensure that all your changes are properly recorded and applied.
