How to bookmark content
To begin bookmarking items on the Enhesa Product Intelligence platform, users can follow these simple steps:
- Find the content you wish to bookmark on the platform.
- Click the bookmark icon, which looks like a small flag, located beneath the item's title.
This action will add the item to your bookmarks, allowing you to easily access it later.
How do I find my bookmarks?
Go to the top menu on the Enhesa Product Intelligence platform and locate the navigation bar. Click on the "Bookmarks" tab to access your list of saved bookmarks.
How can I share my bookmarks?
Access your bookmarks by following the above steps. Once in your list of bookmarks, find the specific item you wish to share with colleagues or your team. Click on the three dots next to that bookmark to open a menu of additional options. From the menu, select the "Share" option to share the chosen bookmark with others.
After clicking "Share," a pop-up box will appear. In this box, you can enter the name or email address of the colleague(s) you wish to share the bookmark with. Additionally, there is an optional comment box where you can include any remarks or notes.
From the menu, you can also choose to post the content to a group. After clicking "Post to group," select the group where you want to place the content. Once you've made your selection, a checkmark indicator will appear, confirming that the content has been designated for that group.
